I started selling on ebay in 1999. I started my own business in 1999 consulting businesses in the Pacific Northwest with their e-commerce. I have successfully maintained top tier seller status on ebay while also maintaining 100% positive feedback. I did this by finding the balance of providing excellent customer service and continuously being profitable.
