What was discussed: various topics related to our eBay selling, such as eBay standard envelope, pip claims, social media marketing, sales performance, and experiences with eBay seller check-ins. We shared our experiences and challenges with selling on eBay, including dealing with out-of-stock listings, shipping issues, promoting listings, and engaging with social media to drive traffic.
Last night, I introduced a new idea! Those who volunteered are currently participating in an experiment involving listing a similar item to compare different listing strategies and we will share our findings, pros, cons, etc at May's meetup!
I personally am so excited for this to see what information I will gain!! Here is my listing if you would like to follow along. I opted for a .99 cent 10-day auction with free priority shipping and 10% to Robin's Hope. I noticed a mistake after I listed funnily enough. I forgot to use all 80 of my characters in the title. I should have included the word 'banknote'. By the time, I went back to revise it, it already had bids and I was unable to alter. Please feel free to pass along your listing of your coin or banknote so I can follow you, too!

New Objective: I would love to make an RVA & Central Viriginia (and virtual members anywhere!!) chapter book for all chapter members to connect with each other. This can include emails, phone, eBay store name/seller ID, other storefronts, and any social media handles.

If you've made it this far and haven't zoned out yet, I am still learning how to be more professional during these meetings. This group allows me to be me and am quite rough around the edges. I get bamboozled with tech at times and appreciate so very much the kind words of support and a hug and sometimes an HK pin and shipping materials! It never goes unnoticed!
I continue to have trouble balancing the in-person and online sellers. I rewatch the video and chastise myself for asking a question and then not listening to the answer or engaging with someone else and always, always, vow to do better.
