We do our thrift exchange white elephant style- so the sillier, raunchier, goofier, the better!

While we meet up- we will also be writing down and setting our business (and personal) goals for the upcoming year, then sharing them with the group.

I have found that holding yourself accountable out loud, can help you get that push you need!

Also, since we are all locals and co-workers- maybe you need an accountability partner to push you? This is the best time to find that person.
