Pre-registration is strongly encouraged to help with planning.  Everyone that pre-registers will receive a "Thank you Gift" at check in. 

Walk-ins will also be welcome if room allows.  Walk-ins will receive all benefits EXCEPT the Special gift (as supplies last)

Phil Metz: Program Manager Ads GTM

Phil Metz is currently the Program Manager for Ads GTM supporting releases for our Advertising Products. Phil has over 10 years experience in the Retail Media space working on advertising programs for major retailers. Most recently before eBay, he worked at Sam’s Club where he helped launch their search advertising business. He is also a self published children’s book author and spends most of his free time chasing around his 1 year old son, Felix.

Katherine Fischer Director of Product for the Seller Experience

Katherine has over 15 years of product experience, primarily focused on two-sided marketplaces. She is currently the Director of Product for the Seller Experience at eBay. Prior to that, Katherine was VP of Product at Made Renovation, a tech-enabled home renovation start up. Katherine also spent seven years at 1stDibs, a high-end marketplace for one-of-a-kind furniture, art, fashion and jewelry, building tools for sellers. Katherine also spent six years at Seamless/GrubHub, developing products to connect restaurants and customers.

Jeffrey Bennett: eBay Specialist and eCommerce Consultant

Jeffrey brings over 25 years of experience in customer service and retail, with a passion for assisting businesses in growth. Starting his career at 14, Jeffrey has always enjoyed working with customers and building strong relationships. For the past seven years, he has been with eBay, working on nearly every frontline team and gaining deep expertise in the platform's tools and features.
