Harry has over two decades of executive sales, marketing, business and technology leadership experience across both financial information, technology companies and fintech startups. In his current role as Vice President of Seller Experience, Harry is responsible for the technology platform and software that millions of sellers utilize on a daily basis to create, manage, sell and monetize listings. With ultimate responsibility to deliver new and enhanced front-end listing capabilities, analytical and reporting tools, and APIs that allow our sellers to be more efficient, drive conversion, grow their business successfully and profitably, and provide protections they deserve.
Prior to joining eBay, Harry spent a large part of his career with Thomson Reuters, serving in a number of leadership roles including, EVP - Global Head of Eikon Product Management, Equities and EVP - Head of Exchange Traded Instruments. Additionally, Harry also served as Chief Information Officer of DriveWealth, a fintech broker-dealer. Harry has also served as Chief Executive Officer of KnowVera, and served as a member of the Board of Directors with BATS Stock Exchange. When Harry isn’t focusing on all things eBay seller, he enjoys skiing, scuba diving, travelling and working on his 1983 Jeep CJ7 which he bought on eBay.

Finding and purchasing an under dash courtesy lights wiring harness for his CJ7. Only made in 1982 and 1983, a true OOAK item, and only available on eBay. A very satisfying auction winning bid!

As Head of eBay’s North American Marketing business, Andrea leads all facets of buyer marketing for one of the largest e-commerce players in the region. Andrea also oversees eBay’s Canadian operations as President of eBay Canada Ltd. Prior to her current role, Andrea was GM of eBay Canada & Latin America and was responsible for strategy and operations across more than 40 countries. Andrea has received a BA from McGill University, as well as LLB and MBA degrees from the University of Toronto and sits on a number of boards including Export Development Canada, FinDev Canada, Canada’s National Ballet School, and the Toronto Region Board of Trade. She is also the recipient of the Women’s Executive Network’s Canada’s Most Powerful Women: Top 100 Award, in the Corporate Executive category. A native of Montreal, Andrea lives in Toronto with her husband and young son and daughter.

An incredibly energetic and qualified leader, Jordan possesses a wealth of experience building differentiated ecommerce products to deepen customer engagement and drive growth. An eBay alumnus, Jordan returned to eBay in 2019 from Walmart where he served as SVP Customer Experience & Product. Jordan originally joined eBay Canada in 2004 as a marketing analyst, working his way up through a variety of key business, analytics and operating roles. He enjoys long-standing relationships with many of eBay’s sellers and is passionate about the unique opportunity and purpose eBay represents for our millions of customers.
Rebecca Michals

Rebecca Michals is Director, Seller Community and Engagement for eBay US. She leads all seller engagement and marketing strategy and activities for eBay’s SMB sellers. Rebecca’s team is responsible for connecting with sellers across key channels including seller events, Community, Seller School, plus the eBay for Business social channels and podcast. She is passionate about eBay’s purpose to create economic opportunity and the role eBay plays in helping sellers succeed on the platform. Prior to joining eBay in 2020, Rebecca spent 19 years at Johnson & Johnson in a range of community, social and customer communication roles.
Keala Gaines

Keala Gaines is VP of Payment Services for eBay and leads core functions for enabling and transitioning our sellers to managed payments at eBay, including partnerships, product marketing, go to market strategy, seller migration, and operations. Keala brings two decades of extensive industry experience, leading payment strategy, partnerships, distribution and product management with companies including VeriSign Payment Services, PayPal, and Intuit. Keala is a graduate of Saint Mary’s College of California’s MBA program. She lives in Scotts Valley with her husband, two labs (and sometimes three children when they are home from college and their grown up lives). In her spare time she enjoys surfing, painting, cooking, and enjoying local wines!
