Join eBay for our Summer Seller Check-In which will include announcements from eBay executives, selling tips from eBay’s product teams and giveaways. Our Spring Seller Check-in drew more than 1,000 sellers, who participated in the networking, breakout sessions and Q&As. At our Summer Seller Check-in, sellers will hear from eBay executives and many eBay teams presenting on product updates, sustainability efforts and special announcements. In addition to the main program we’ll also have:
Breakout sessions to learn more about collectibles, recommerce and thrifting, the state of retail research, and a live Q&A with the eBay product team.
Networking at the beginning and end of the event.
The main session will be recorded and shared with the seller community, but breakouts and networking are only available live at Seller Check-In—so don’t miss it!
Rebecca Michals is Director, Seller Community and Engagement for eBay US. She leads all seller engagement and marketing strategy and activities for eBay’s SMB sellers. Rebecca’s team is responsible for connecting with sellers across key channels including seller events, Community, Seller School, plus the eBay for Business social channels and podcast. She is passionate about eBay’s purpose to create economic opportunity and the role eBay plays in helping sellers succeed on the platform. Prior to joining eBay in 2020, Rebecca spent 19 years at Johnson & Johnson in a range of community, social and customer communication roles.
Parin Jogani

Parin Jogani is a Senior Product Manager in the Seller Experience team. He is responsible for marketing tools like Sending coupons to different Buyer Groups, Best Offer and Offers to Buyers. He has been with eBay for 8+ years and spent most of his tenure building tools for C2C and B2C sellers from Listing flow, promoted listings and now seller marketing tools
Renee Morin

As Chief Sustainability Officer at eBay, Renée Morin leads the development and execution of eBay’s environmental, social and governance (ESG) programs including re-commerce and renewable energy and chairs eBay’s senior leadership ESG Council. She is responsible for managing stakeholder relationships with key environmental NGO partners and oversees sustainability reporting, ratings and rankings. Prior to eBay, Renée led Stakeholder Relations on Hewlett Packard Enterprise’s Living Progress team, oversaw the development of the Science-based Target Setting Manual as a consultant to World Resources Institute, and was President of PRé North America, a leading lifecycle assessment firm. Renée holds a BA in Chemistry from Wake Forest University and a Master’s in Environmental Management and Sciences from UNC Chapel Hill.
Al Muthuraman

Al is a Director of Product Management in the Payments organization, focusing on the Buyer Experience. He has been with eBay for more than 16 years and has held various roles along the way, from quality engineering to product development and now to product management. Al is also the product lead for the unpaid item initiative, where eBay will make sure that all sellers get paid for their transactions. This cross-company initiative is solving one of the largest pain points for sellers over the years, and thereby increasing the overall trust in our marketplace.
Tanaya Suveerachaimontian

Tanaya is the Director of Product Management responsible for the Seller Listing Flow. Her team owns the core listing platform and all of the single listing tools on eBay (web + native apps). Tanaya and her team are excited to launch a fully redesigned, unified web listing tool this year that will help speed up and simplify the listing process for sellers, alongside planned improvements to the native listing flow as well. Tanaya has been with eBay for 14 years, having worked in various roles across the company in both User Experience as well as Product Management where she has advocated passionately for building great experiences for eBay's buyers and sellers.
Steve Halupka

Steve is the Senior Category Manager for Collectibles & Toys for eBay. He oversees a variety businesses that range from FUNKO Pops! to Coins and everything in between. He has been working at eBay in a Category Management role since October of 2014, primarily focusing on Bullion, Coins and Paper Money, and Stamps space. In that time, Steve was able to grow these businesses through partnerships with top sellers, leveraging all of the tools and tactics that eBay has at it's disposal. In 2019, he added Sports Memorabilia to his management profile, and more recently Collectibles and Toys. Prior to coming to eBay, Steve worked for APMEX, the largest precious metals retailer in the country, on their eBay presence and other marketing and merchandising initiatives.Steve was born and raised in New Jersey, where he resides today.

Scott Hankal is Global Senior Product Marketing Manager for Payments for eBay. Scott’s team is responsible for developing content that educates sellers on new and existing features related to the payments experience. His team regularly participates in seller events, both answering questions as they arise and proactively communicating upcoming changes. Scott is passionate about hearing from sellers about their experiences with the payments experience on eBay, and providing that feedback internally to colleagues in Product, Customer Service and other stakeholders to drive improvements in both understanding and experience.
Prior to joining eBay in 2019, Scott spent 2 years at Orchard Supply Hardware as Director of Marketing, and 13 years at Sears Holdings, where he was Chief of Staff to the President of Kmart, among several other strategy, marketing and buying roles.

Sucharita serves digital business strategy professionals. She is an expert on eCommerce, omnichannel retail, consumer behavior, and trends in the online shopping space. She is also an authority on technology developments that affect the online commerce industry and vendors that facilitate online marketing and merchandising.In her research, Sucharita covers such consumer-oriented topics as eCommerce forecasting and trends, merchandising best practices, conversion optimization, and social computing in the retail world. She has also authored "The State Of Retailing Online," a joint study conducted annually with NRF.
David Bernstein

David Bernstein is Lead Product Manager, Seller Experience. Over his more than ten years at eBay he has led teams in designing and building tools and experiences to help sellers manage and improve their eBay selling activity. He was one of the key members of the team that launched Seller Hub in 2015. He’s currently focused on features that help sellers manage their inventory and listings. Before eBay, David was a Program Manager at Microsoft creating community features for MSN and Bing. In a previous life, he worked as a television producer, most notably as Senior Producer of E! Entertainment Television’s “Talk Soup,” for which he won a daytime Emmy Award in 1995. David lives in Santa Clara, CA with his wife, 13-year-old daughter, and two little rescue dogs Peanut Butter and Honey.
