As Head of eBay’s North American Marketing business, Andrea leads all facets of buyer marketing for one of the largest e-commerce players in the region. Andrea also oversees eBay’s Canadian operations as President of eBay Canada Ltd. Prior to her current role, Andrea was GM of eBay Canada & Latin America and was responsible for strategy and operations across more than 40 countries. Andrea has received a BA from McGill University, as well as LLB and MBA degrees from the University of Toronto and sits on a number of boards including Export Development Canada, FinDev Canada, Canada’s National Ballet School, and the Toronto Region Board of Trade. She is also the recipient of the Women’s Executive Network’s Canada’s Most Powerful Women: Top 100 Award, in the Corporate Executive category. A native of Montreal, Andrea lives in Toronto with her husband and young son and daughter.
Rebecca Michals

Rebecca Michals is Director, Seller Community and Engagement for eBay US. She leads all seller engagement and marketing strategy and activities for eBay’s SMB sellers. Rebecca’s team is responsible for connecting with sellers across key channels including seller events, Community, Seller School, plus the eBay for Business social channels and podcast. She is passionate about eBay’s purpose to create economic opportunity and the role eBay plays in helping sellers succeed on the platform. Prior to joining eBay in 2020, Rebecca spent 19 years at Johnson & Johnson in a range of community, social and customer communication roles.

Garry is a Sneakerhead with experience co-founding a sneaker startup and building a sneaker collection that dates back to the early 90’s.Prior to eBay, Garry served as CEO of ONA Bags, a brand specializing in fine bags and accessories for the photography, creative professional and travel marketplace. Before ONA, Garry held several leadership roles with Sears Holding Corporation, GS1, AT Kearney, Lord and Taylor, and Macy’s. Over the course of his career, Garry has developed a comprehensive skill set across retail, strategy, and management. His experiences in the retail sector and management consulting provide him with the unique ability to balance strategic planning and tactical execution.Based in Northern New Jersey, Garry spends time with fiancé, Tash, and 5-month-old labradoodle, Maci. Outside of work, he’s a member of the Bucknell University Trustee Board and serves as Secretary for the Trustee Board Officers team. In his free time, he listens to podcasts, collects sneakers, cheers on the Baltimore Ravens, and enjoys boxing.
Tom Pinckney

Tom leads eBay's Stores team. Previously he started eBay's search advertising business growing it to $750mn in 2020. Tom joined eBay through the acquisition of his startup hunch.com. Tom also co-founded the web security firm SiteAdvisor which was acquired by McAfee. Tom graduated from MIT with degrees in Computer Science.

Todd Elledge manages eBay's Sporting Goods Business. Prior to this role Todd worked in several other roles at eBay including Account Manger, Business Analyst, Product Manager and Category Manager on the Automotive Parts & Accessories Team. Todd has a total of 11 years of experience at eBay leading projects and teams in many areas including account management, product development, data analytics, marketing, advertising, business development and more.Todd is passionate about managing and developing categories at eBay. His focus is the network of buyers and sellers and helping to create a healthy balance between the forces that drive eBay growth. Todd builds his business strategy with belief great sellers are the key to eBay's success as a marketplace and that any project or program eBay launches should keep the needs of sellers at it's center.Todd is based in Salt Lake City, Utah and outside of eBay he is an avid climber, hiker, and board sport fanatic.

Julie leads our NA and EU Ads Marketing team focused on helping sellers grow their business further on eBay with our expanding Promoted Listings Portfolio. Prior to joining eBay, Julie spent time at Amazon where she worked across many different functions, including leading Global Marketing for the Amazon Associates Program, Partner Marketing for Amazon Kids+, and most recently leading Channel and GTM for Echo products and Alexa Features. Prior to Amazon, Julie held roles in agencies and was VP, Digital Marketing for Apollo Education Group. She currently lives in Seattle, where she enjoys spending time with her family and being outdoors, taking advantage of all the beauty of the PNW.

Vivian is passionate about helping connect our buyers and sellers. If we can make that happen, it’s a win for everybody. Prior to joining eBay in 2013, Vivian spent 9 years at an advertising agency helping small and large businesses to be successful.
Melissa Mahar

Melissa Mahar is a Senior Product Manager on the Member to Member Communications team at eBay. She is a part of the team responsible for launching the new and modern Messaging experience this year. She is passionate about solving customer pain points by learning from sellers and buyers. Prior to joining eBay, she also leveraged user insights to make improvements in search, product reviews and product listing pages. Melissa has worked at various iconic retail companies from Target to Levi’s Strauss.
David Bernstein

David Bernstein is Lead Product Manager, Seller Experience. Over his more than ten years at eBay he has led teams in designing and building tools and experiences to help sellers manage and improve their eBay selling activity. He was one of the key members of the team that launched Seller Hub in 2015. He’s currently focused on features that help sellers manage their inventory and listings. Before eBay, David was a Program Manager at Microsoft creating community features for MSN and Bing. In a previous life, he worked as a television producer, most notably as Senior Producer of E! Entertainment Television’s “Talk Soup,” for which he won a daytime Emmy Award in 1995. David lives in Santa Clara, CA with his wife, 13-year-old daughter, and two little rescue dogs Peanut Butter and Honey.

Yutika is passionate about building user trust on eBay. She was a data scientist prior to being a product manager and thrives to drive decisions that are data driven.
Brian Burke

Brian Burke is currently Sr. Manager, Community and Seller Engagement, where he has worked for over 20 years in a variety of roles. Brian’s current team is responsible for the eBay Community site and seller engagement programs, including seller meetings, seller panels, and eBay the mentor program. He especially enjoys working with eBay SMB sellers, which he considers the heart of the eBay seller community. His prior roles at eBay include community development where he introduced the first discussion forums on eBay in 2000, policy management where he helped develop some of the original seller list practices policies and consequence guidelines, managing and evolving the eBay feedback system where multiple changes were made including giving credit for each feedback left, introducing DSRs and limits on seller to buyer negative feedback, Brian also spent three years in seller account management where his team was responsible for a over $600m in GMV and consistently grew the sellers and improved seller performance. Brian has earned two patents for work on the eBay Feedback system. Prior to eBay, Brian spent two years at 3Com Corporation in marketing and just over seven years at Apple, Inc in employee services and customer support. Brian attended San Jose State University where he earned a Bachelor of Science degree and played rugby for two years. Brian has been married for over 25 years and he and Nancy have three young adult children and Riley the labradoodle. Brian enjoys traveling (19 countries so far!), volunteering - church and Rotary, and reading American history and autobiographies of business leaders (recently finished The Ride of a Lifetime by former Disney CEO Robert Iger).Fun fact: Brian grew up in Laguna Beach, but doesn’t surf.
