Julie Shapiro
eBay Seller
Julie Shapiro has been an eBay fashion seller since 2000 when she left her job as a trial attorney to stay home with her two young sons and started selling her lawyer wardrobe on eBay. When she told her friends about the great money she was making selling her pre-loved clothing, they begged her to sell their fashion items for them. Her eBay business was born.
Through her two eBay stores, CasaChic and SouthBeachChic, Julie has sold thousands of pieces of pre-owned clothing, shoes and accessories. Currently her business model is a hybrid of consignment and purchased items. Those two little boys are now grown up and away at graduate schools, but she credits eBay for allowing her to be a full-time stay-at-home mother while still bringing in a great income for the entire time that her children were school-aged.
Julie gives daily reselling tips on her instagram account Casachic_store and loves helping other resellers grow their eBay businesses.
