AI Summary

I keep a small set of shipping supplies close at hand and restock weekly so I’m not constantly digging through storage.

Poly mailers, tissues paper, bubble wrap/honeycomb paper, boxes, tape, just what I need for the week.

It helps me move faster and keeps shipping from feeling overwhelming.

Curious how others do it:

• Do you keep everything in one main storage spot?
• Do you create a “working supply station” and restock?
• Do you reorder on a schedule or when you're getting low/ run out?

Would love to hear what’s working for you. Sometimes small workflow tweaks make a big difference.

That is so organized and amazing!

Hi there! I am new here but struggled with this for awhile especially when things started getting busy. I have a shipping station and I keep poly mailers, thank you cards, boxes, tape and all my shipping supplies in one station. I bought one of those desks that is electric so it raises to a standing position. I was ordering boxes and supplies as I was running low but now that things have been growing, I bulk order a lot of supplies and then sell them as well. If I have excess they are also listed for sale in one of my shops. I sell cards, mailers, stickers, tissue paper and all that so that I always have stuff for my orders but there is a back up plan for excess. I took gold paper towel holders and I keep stickers and ribbon on those. I am not sure how to post a picture but would also love to see what works for people. I almost have too much but I love new ideas for organizing! -Jaime

I have my main shipping supplies in a small office rolling cart and a drawer unit next to my shipping table. The rest is hiding in a closet or in my storage unit. I try to keep it as organized as possible so I don't run out of supplies.

I love your colors! Seeing what you do is so helpful.

My extra tape rolls I have on a pretty paper towel holder.

Haha. I keep boxes up on my racks, poly mailers above my work station and merchandise bags on a rack behind me. All within grabbing distance. Normally I have orders daily. Dont forget to use your quarterly discount on your ebay account to buy shipping supplies like padded mailers. Help your bottom line.

Everything is within reach. Extras around the room. How do you list a picture here.
