Does everyone else have trouble with Ebay shipping labels not printing easily the last few months? I get to page where it says 'print' but the button doesn't work except sometimes it will for fedex. I have to go 'back to orders' and then the page with label will come up and I can print it.
Check the browser address bar - if there’s a crossed-out eye icon, tap it and allow pop-ups. The label print window may be getting blocked. After allowing it, reload the page and try again. That should fixed pop-up issues
Personally for me my issue was Firefox on Windows, using Firefox on macOS with no issues now, thinking my issue was more print driver related, but it would also freeze the browser / not print the label.
I'd say your best bet is to "Download" it so it opens in a PDF viewer in your browser, then from there try to print, or save as a PDF and print from the file.
