Structured vs. Free-flow Seller Meetings

I'm curious to know from our Central California E-Birds community, do you prefer our seller meetings to have a set topic of discussion, or do you enjoy it more when the conversation has the freedom to flow naturally to whatever comes up? While having a structured discussion can provide clarity and focus, an open-ended approach may lead to new insights and connections that weren't initially planned. Think back to your previous experiences in meetings and share what format you find more engaging.

Perhaps you have a memorable experience from a past meeting when the discussion veered off-topic and led to unexpected but valuable insights. Or, maybe you've been in a meeting where a clear topic helped everyone stay on track and derive specific value from the conversation.

What do you think works best for our community meetings? Let's hear your thoughts and stories!

Thanks - Kat
